Early submission

You can submit your app early by May 1 at 5:00pm Eastern Time to receive tips on how you can improve it before the final deadline. The final deadline is June 19, 2013 at 5:00pm Eastern Time.

Below is a summary of the eligibility requirements. Please check out the Official Rules for complete requirements and email us at Support@ChallengePost.com if you have any questions.

Contestant eligibility

• Participants: Individuals (at least age of majority where you reside); Teams; Organizations (up to 50 employees); Large Organization (>50 employees) eligible for recognition.
• Countries: Global, except where prohibited by U.S. law.

Submission requirements

• Software Application: Existing or new apps that educate people about partisan gridlock or empower them to do something about it to help government work more effectively. Web and native mobile or desktop apps are eligible.
• Additional Requirements: Demonstration video; screenshots.
